Technical Architect — Enterprise Agentic AI Platform & Agents

Work Location: UAE (Onsite)

Experience: 8+ Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Role Summary: We are seeking a hands-on Technical Architect to own the end-to-end technical architecture for an enterprise Agentic AI programme delivering an AI platform and up to 100 production-grade AI agents across 13 subsidiaries within a six-month window. The architect is the single technical authority for platform design, security, integration, and the architecture blueprint that must be formally approved before development begins. This is an onsite role requiring close, daily collaboration with business and IT stakeholders, and accountability for technical decisions through a mandatory five-gate delivery process

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years in software/solution architecture, with 3+ years architecting AI/ML or agentic systems in production.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise AI platforms at scale (multi-entity / multi-tenant environments).
  • Strong knowledge of LLM-based agent frameworks, orchestration, RAG, and agent lifecycle management.
  • Proven experience designing secure, compliant cloud architectures and data governance models.

Technical Skills

  • Azure AI Foundry and the broader Microsoft Azure AI/data stack.
  • Enterprise integration with Oracle ERP (Fusion), Primavera P6, HRMS, ITSM, and SharePoint.
  • CI/CD, multi-environment pipelines, version control, monitoring, and observability tooling.
  • Security architecture: encryption, IAM/RBAC, authentication, audit logging, and penetration-testing readiness.
  • Data architecture: lineage, model versioning, data quality, and residency compliance.
  • Dashboard/analytics design for executive-level reporting.
