Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture across process automation, frontend, data/AI, and integration layers.
- Design Camunda 8-based orchestration solutions including BPMN modeling, worker patterns, and cluster topology.
- Define React application architecture: component hierarchies, state management strategy, API integration, and micro-frontend patterns.
- Architect data and AI platform solutions leveraging Databricks, Delta Lake, and MLflow; define lakehouse strategies.
- Design middleware and integration layers: API gateways, ESBs, event streaming (Kafka), and service mesh patterns.
- Produce architecture documentation: HLD, LLD, C4 diagrams, data flow diagrams, and ADRs (Architecture Decision Records).
- Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and technical due diligence for proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and delivery teams to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
- Establish standards, patterns, and reusable architectural blueprints across the organization.
- Evaluate and recommend technology choices, cloud services, and third-party platforms.
- Mentor senior developers and provide technical governance across concurrent delivery workstreams.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years in a Solution Architect or Senior Technical Architect role.
- Strong command of Camunda 8 / Zeebe: process design, deployment, and integration patterns.
- Proficiency in React ecosystem: modern patterns, TypeScript, state management, and performance optimization.
- Experience architecting data and AI platforms: Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, ML pipelines.
- Deep knowledge of middleware integration: REST, SOAP, GraphQL, Kafka, MQ, and API management platforms (Apigee, MuleSoft, Azure APIM).
- Cloud architecture experience on AWS and/or Azure: compute, storage, networking, IAM, and managed services.
- Familiarity with microservices, event-driven architecture, CQRS, and Saga pattern.
- Expertise in security architecture: OAuth 2.0, OIDC, mTLS, secrets management, and zero-trust principles.
- Experience with DevOps toolchains: Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong documentation skills: Architecture diagrams (C4, UML), decision records, and technical specifications
