Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive / Team Lead who can independently manage end-to-end lead generation activities while also handling a team of 4 resources. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B lead generation, team handling, campaign management, reporting, and target achievement.
The candidate will be responsible for training team members, monitoring daily performance, ensuring delivery targets are achieved, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with management on reports and operational updates.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Business Development
- Handle end-to-end B2B lead generation activities for domestic and international markets.
- Build targeted databases using various platforms and research tools.
- Execute email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach campaigns, and prospecting activities.
- Identify key decision-makers and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Maintain data accuracy and quality standards in CRM/databases.
- Work on multiple industry verticals and requirements.
Team Management
- Handle and manage a team of 4 lead generation resources.
- Provide training and process guidance to new team members.
- Monitor daily productivity and ensure team targets are achieved.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and motivate the team to improve output quality.
- Ensure proper task allocation and workflow management within the team.
Reporting & Operations
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Track KPIs, target achievement, campaign performance, and productivity metrics.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting for management review.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in B2B Lead Generation and Business Development.
- Experience handling email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Team handling and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
- Ability to train and mentor team members.
- Target-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Good analytical and organizational abilities.
- Experience working with US/International markets is preferred.
