Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst cum Project Manager with a strong background in managing AI and Digital Transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving the successful delivery of AI-powered solutions from ideation through implementation.

This role requires expertise in business analysis, project management, stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and delivery governance, along with a strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, and automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and identify AI-driven opportunities.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement elicitation sessions with stakeholders.
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, and use case diagrams.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements leveraging AI technologies.
• Define business KPIs and success criteria for AI initiatives.

Project Management

• Manage end-to-end delivery of AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, and automation projects.
• Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, risk registers, and delivery roadmaps.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Track project progress, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and mitigation plans.

AI Project Governance

• Support AI solution design discussions and feasibility assessments.
• Define project milestones, acceptance criteria, and deployment strategies.
• Ensure AI solutions align with business objectives, governance standards, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployments, and change management activities.
• Track AI model performance, adoption metrics, and business outcomes post-deployment.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary liaison between business teams, leadership, and technical delivery teams.
• Present project status, risks, recommendations, and outcomes to senior management.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or similar role.
• Proven experience managing AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Automation, or Data Analytics projects.
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.
• Experience managing Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and project lifecycle management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, Trello, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in preparing project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and governance documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, or similar AI platforms.
• Exposure to Data Engineering, Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and AI solution architectures.
• Experience working with Data Science and AI Engineering teams.
• Familiarity with AI governance, model evaluation, and responsible AI practices.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, CBAP, or related certifications are preferred.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
