About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong experience in managing IT projects within an IT services environment. The ideal candidate should have a background in Business Analysis and Project Management, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience working with Agile methodologies.

The candidate should be capable of managing projects end-to-end, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking project progress, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, clients, and other project stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into actionable project plans in collaboration with BA and technical teams.
• Track project progress, schedules, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to management and clients.
• Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
• Manage scope changes and ensure proper change-control processes are followed.
• Coordinate with development, QA, infrastructure, support, and other cross-functional teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timeline, quality, and budget.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, wherever applicable.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and technical teams.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, RAID logs, project plans, and dashboards.
• Manage client communication and ensure expectations are clearly understood and managed.
• Support resource planning, allocation, and utilization tracking.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive continuous improvement across projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Prior experience as a Business Analyst with subsequent transition into Project Management is preferred.
• Experience managing IT projects in an IT services / client delivery environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
• Experience in project planning, risk management, issue resolution, and dependency management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• PMP certification and Agile certification is Mandatory.
