Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant with deep, hands-on expertise across the full Human Capital Management suite. The ideal candidate bridges business process design and technical delivery — translating HR policy into optimised Oracle Cloud configurations, integrations, fast-formula rules, and reporting solutions. Primary focus areas are Payroll, Absences, Benefits, and Compensation, with solid working knowledge of Core HR, Security, and Approvals.
Required Qualification:
- 6+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) implementation and support experience.
- Minimum 2 full end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation lifecycles in a techno-functional role.
- Proven hands-on expertise in at least three of the primary focus modules (Payroll, Absences, Benefits, Compensation).
- Proficiency in Fast Formula authoring for payroll, absence, and compensation calculations.
- Strong command of HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, and OTBI/BI Publisher.
- Experience designing Oracle security roles and data security policies.
- Working knowledge of Oracle BPM/AMX workflow configuration.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project delivery and Oracle cloud quarterly patching cycles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or equivalent.
