Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Infrastructure, Cloud & Network Engineer to manage, support, and optimize the organization’s on-premises, cloud, and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong L2 and L3 support expertise across Microsoft technologies, enterprise networking, virtualization, security, backup solutions, and cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
The role is responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, security, scalability, and reliability of the company’s IT infrastructure and network environments while supporting business-critical systems and leading technology transformation initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of Infrastructure & Network Engineering experience.
• Strong L2/L3 troubleshooting skills.
• Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy.
• Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Defender).
• Enterprise Networking: LAN/WAN, VLANs, VPN, TCP/IP, OSPF, SD-WAN, Cisco/Fortinet.
• Microsoft Azure (VMs, Virtual Networks, NSGs, Azure Backup, Site Recovery).
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) – Compute, Networking, IAM, Storage.
• VMware vSphere/ESXi, Hyper-V, Virtualization.
• Backup & Storage: Veeam, NetApp, SAN/NAS.
• PowerShell scripting and infrastructure automation.
• Experience in enterprise multi-site environments, security, and cloud migration.
