Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven professional to drive lead generation and pipeline development for Agentic AI and Automation solutions in the EMEA market. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, engaging key decision-makers, and qualifying opportunities using the BANT framework.
The ideal candidate will have experience in ERP/IT services sales, strong lead generation skills, and the ability to collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and build a strong pipeline of potential EMEA(Europe, Middle East, and Africa) clients for AI and Automation solutions
Drive lead generation activities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and networking
Qualify opportunities using the BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to ensure a high-quality pipeline
Collaborate with OEMs Like Microsoft and Automation Anywhere to generate opportunities
Conduct product demos, presentations, and solution discussions with CXOs, Directors, and key decision-makers
Understand client challenges and recommend appropriate Intelligent Automation solutions
Collaborate closely with delivery and pre-sales teams for proposals, solutioning, and RFP/RFI responses
Maintain and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and account growth
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets aligned to pipeline generation and revenue contribution
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in Agentic AI and Automation
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in IT Services/ERP Sales (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.)
Mandatory experience in lead generation and pipeline building, with a strong focus on outbound prospecting
Strong communication, presentation, and consultative engagement skills
Hands-on experience in BANT-based qualification of leads (mandatory)
Strong understanding of EMEA(Europe, Middle East, and Africa) sales processes, time zones, and client expectations
Experience using AI-based tools to support sales activities and productivity
Proven experience in cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding assigned targets
Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM
Good understanding of Global Delivery Model (GDM) and cross-functional service delivery
Experience in managing and growing mid to large-sized accounts across geographies (UAE / Middle East exposure preferred)
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at multiple levels
Exposure to sales, pre-sales, or delivery collaboration roles
Ability to work in a collaborative environment and drive outcomes across teams
Strong Leadership Skills to build a sales team
