Technical Skills
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR data, payroll data, or HRIS implementation roles
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud data loading (HDL, HSDL, or HCM Data Loader)
• Solid knowledge of HR data structures: employee records, org hierarchy, jobs, grades, compensation, and payroll elements
• Experience migrating data from HRIS/payroll systems (Smart HR, SAP HCM, Oracle PeopleSoft, ADP, or similar)
• UAE Labour Law knowledge: EOSG, leave entitlements, WPS, visa/residency data, MOHRE requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced: Power Query, pivot tables, data validation, large dataset handling)
• SQL querying skills for HR data extraction and validation
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee data with absolute discretion
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
