About the Role

We are looking for an IT Recruiter with 1+ years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT hiring requirements, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT/technical positions.
• Understand and work on IT recruitment requirements across various technologies and job roles.
• Source and identify suitable candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening based on job requirements.
• Handle candidate screening calls and clearly communicate job details, requirements, and interview processes.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams regarding candidate submissions and interview feedback.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment status in internal trackers/ATS.
• Manage multiple requirements simultaneously and work towards defined recruitment targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of IT/technical job requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Confident and professional while handling candidate calls.
• Strong skills in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.
• Ability to understand JDs and identify relevant candidates.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
