Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience of 3 – 5 years in chatbot development, with a focus on the Kore.ai platform.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, and other relevant programming languages.
• Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning concepts.
• Experience with API integration and database connectivity.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Kore.ai certification or training.
• Experience with chatbot deployment and maintenance in production environments.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with chatbot analytics tools and reporting.
• Experience in designing and implementing multilingual chatbots.
