Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in NLP development with expertise in at least one conversational AI framework (e.g., RASA, Microsoft Bot Framework, Yellow.ai, Kore.ai).
• Strong understanding of intent classification, entity extraction, sentiment analysis, and contextual AI models.
• Experience with fine-tuning pre-trained NLP models (e.g., BERT, GPT, spaCy, Transformers).
• Proficiency in Python and NLP libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face, or TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience in training and improving conversational AI models using structured datasets.
• Ability to analyze chatbot performance, identify misclassifications, and optimize NLP strategies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with speech-to-text and voicebot NLP models.
• Exposure to multilingual NLP models and translation APIs.
• Understanding of A/B testing and model evaluation metrics (e.g., precision, recall, F1-score).
