Job Description
Exp: 1-8 Yrs
- Good experience in chatbot testing with expertise in conversational AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Bot Framework, Kore.ai, Dialogflow, Rasa, etc.).
- Experience in testing multilingual chatbots, ensuring linguistic accuracy and contextual consistency.
- Strong understanding of NLP, AI-based intent recognition, and machine learning models.
- Hands-on experience in test automation for chatbot workflows using tools like Selenium, Botium, or custom automation frameworks.
- Proficiency in API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured) for chatbot integrations.
- Experience with performance testing of chatbots to evaluate response times and scalability.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills with experience managing a team of testers.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated chatbot testing.
- Familiarity with analytics tools to assess chatbot engagement and accuracy metrics.
- Exposure to voicebot testing (e.g., Alexa, Google Assistant) is a plus.
